Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Returns After 14 Days
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns requested more than 14 days after the order has been delivered, unless the item is faulty or your statutory consumer rights apply.
